This is a unique opportunity for Seattle residents to join Kobe Delegation members on specially arranged tours to the Boeing Company. These tours are not open to the public, but have been specially arranged for our 55th anniversary guests! We are currently accepting new reservations for the Boeing Tour only (does NOT include lunch). A bus will make stops at two downtown locations to pick up participants: 7:00 am pickup at Homewood Suites (1011 Pike St.) followed by 7:15 am pickup at Hampton Inn & Suites (700 - 5th Ave N., near Seattle Center). Bus will depart for Boeing plant at 7:30 am. After the tour, bus will drop folks off in downtown Seattle, and then will continue on to the Coast Guard tour with those attending both tours. Kobe Exhibition at downtown YMCA
1st floor main meeting rooms at the south end of the building 909 4th Avenue, Seattle, WA 98104 (4th and Madison Street)
Join Mayor Yada and the entire 64 person delegation from Kobe has they showcase Kobe products, traditional kagura dancing by Ikuta Shrine staff members, and the Kobe high school students make a presentation. Ribbon cutting ceremony on the opening of a historical photo exhibit about our 55 years of sister city partnership that will reside in the YMCA's art gallery for the month of August.

Seafair Parade (Parade is 7:30 – 10:30 pm)
Come march in the parade with the Kobe Delegation and local Seattle supporters! We'll be wearing Happi coats over either Red, Blue or Yellow Shirts (wear your favorite color) and carrying Japanese Uchiwa fans and Flags of our sister city symbols from Kobe and Seattle. Plan to meet at Seattle Center staging area by 6:00 pm. Parade starts at 7:00 pm; ends about 10:30 pm. We need volunteers to help organize marchers!! Seattle Mariners Game with the Kobe Delegation

Come enjoy a fun afternoon game with Kobe Mayor Yada and the entire 64-person Kobe delegation. We have wonderful seats in Section 112, rows 6-16. Mayor Yada and delegation representatives will be doing a ceremonial first pitch, and we want you there to cheer them on! Tickets purchased online will be left at the Will Call window for you to pick up on game day.
